The Sandspike® QuickLine™ is a patent-pending dock
line system that instantly adjusts to any length up to 25
feet. No mechanical parts, yet it holds your boat securely
without the need to tie knots. No tangled lines. Just pull
the line out of the bag to the desired length and clip the
end of the rope to your watercraft and the 9" loop end to
your Sandspike®. Use only the length of rope you need
in any situation. The extra rope stays in the bag!
When you leave the beach, just pull the rope back into
the bag for compact storage. Sandspike® QuickLine™
can be used on boats up to 35 feet in length. Give them

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Place the 9" loop on the Sandspike® and the clip to your
watercraft.
Step 2
The line may be pulled from either end of the bag by
simply squeezing the Prusik knot with one hand and pulling
rope with the other hand. Once you let go of the knot the
line locks into place.
Step 3
Once you have pulled out the desired length of line go
ahead and anchor your watercraft to the beach and begin
enjoying your day out on the breach knowing that all you
extra line is stored neatly away inside of the bag. If the
water conditions change and you need to change the
length just hold of the knots and pull out some extra line
or just open the bag and pull in the slack.
Very Important
Strong, prolonged tension on the line may cause the Prusik
knot to tighten around the rope to such an extent that the
rope will no longer feed through the knot, even when
squeezing the knot. In this situation, the Prusik knot can
be loosened by grasping the knot with one hand and
pushing the Prusik cords toward the knot. This will loosen
the knot enough to allow free movement of the line.
